He was predeceased by: his wife Hazel E. Smith; his parents, Glenn Smith and Virginia Smith; and his siblings, Walter Smith and Dawn Smith.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Yeomans (Tony) of Palatka, Wanda Perry (Timbo) of Hollister, Cindy Jordan (Greg) of South Carolina and Paris Mahon (John) of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Duane King, Clint Hersey, Brittany, Erica Mulvihill, Aaron Reeser, Jordan Fisher and AJ Yeomans; and his great grandchildren, Hannah Yeomans, Cole, Kaiden Mahon, Isabel, Zack, Trevor, Chloe King, Suzie Hersey, Jr., Conner Kreidler, Karmyn and Kollin Roeder.
Due to COVID 19, a private service for family and close friends celebrating Allen's life will be held on at 3:00 p. m. on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at Allen's home.
