She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas and Mary; and her brother Gerald. She is survived by: her husband Dr. David Puentes; her sons, Mitch Humeniuk, Patrick Humeniuk (Jamie) and Jaime Puentes (Ana); her sisters, Donna Trela (Gary) and Shelley Spielman (Alan); her grandchildren, Tricia, Daniel, Lily, Morgan and Peyton; and her pet Brandy.
