She was predeceased by: her son Mikal Smith. She is survived by: her boyfriend Jim Lynch; her children, Charlotte Aldridge (Roger), Bonnie Dunn, Jennifer Carlson (Elliot), Alyssa Smith and James Smith; and her sister Laura Barnes (Bobby). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 6 great grand children as well as several nieces and nephews.
She spent her last years buying hundreds of bibles and donating them to local churches and charity organizations so that she could help spread the Word of God.
