She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Broom and Opal Broom; and her brother Stan Broom. She is survived by: her husband Emmitt "Luevon" Polston of Eagle Lake; her daughters, Rhonda Waters of Eagle Lake, Teresa Pittman (Terry) of Eagle Lake, Regina Merrick (Dale) of Hartford, AL and Tonyi Kincheloe (Shawn) of Lakeland; her siblings, Glenn Broom (Sheila) of Bartow and Sarah Miller of Auburndale; her grandchildren, Shea Gipson, Chance Gipson, Garrett Pittman (Amy), Jillian Bustos (Joe), Logan Merrick (Traci), Londann Andrews (Jeremy) and Bennett Kincheloe; and her great grandchildren, Summer, Brayden, Camden, Christian, Ava, Joseph, Noah, Ariah, Eli, Micah, Caris and Canon.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Assembly of God of Eagle Lake (670 N Eagle Dr, Eagle Lake, FL 33839). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
