He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Kourtney Chalke Rivera (Mario), Kate Chalke Betz (Seth), Jessica Wikholm (Dawn) and Elliot Wikholm; his grandchildren, Isabella, Koban, Sabrinah, Liam, Willard, Elliot, Mary-Kate, Rosemary and Peach; his parents, George Chalke (Sharon) and Lynda Burrage; his grandmother Margaret H. Bell; and his siblings, Laurie Justice, Darin Chalke, David Chalke (Brittany) and Tara Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
