He was predeceased by: his son Jonathan Stapleton; and his sister Cathy Hirst. He is survived by: his wife Jane Stapleton (Wrightsman); his daughter Michelle Webb (Mike) of Greeneville, TN; his siblings, Tom Stapleton (Judy), Sandy Cornett (Dave) of Eaton, IN, Arlene Norris of Englewood, FL and Diane Ripberger (Richard) of Anderson, IN; and his grandchildren, Justin of Deltona, FL, Tara of Deland, FL and Jona.
