He was predeceased by: his wife Victoria Plouffe (Fischer-Rywacki); his parent Wilfred Plouffe; and his sibling Leo Plouffe. He is survived by: his parent Nellie Plouffe (Arcand); his children, Kathleen A. Greene (Douglas) of Greer, SC, Theresa L. Bullock (Michael) of Exeter, John L. Plouffe (Bonnie) of Aiken, SC, Robert P. Plouffe Jr. of Foster and Edward A. Plouffe (Susan) of Coventry; and his siblings, Normand Plouffe, George Plouffe, Rita Lucier and Claire Lucier. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
