He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Richard and Dorothy Elizabeth Travis (Bruce); his siblings, David and Patsy; and his children-in-law, Randy and Diane.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Elaine Smith; his children, Cynthia Kline, Richard, Thomas and Mark; and his daughters-in-law, Ronda, Alina and Lori. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
