He was predeceased by: his siblings, Wayne Blake and Connie Noble; and his parents, Joseph D. Blake and Gertrude Blake (Frampton). He is survived by: his wife Lyhn Blake; his children, Jonathon Blake and Leah Blake-Williams; his siblings, Larry Blake and Sharon Hoffman; and his grandchildren, Elena, Jacqueline and Lindsey.
