He is survived by: his wife Sally Bergquist; his sisters, Nancy (Rodney Rexford) and Alaric; his children, William (Bonnie Bergquist), David Maurer and Cheryl Butler; and his sister-in-law Barbara Dowalter (Barry Woods). He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
