He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph B. Roe, Sr. and Marion Roe (Ennis). He is survived by: his wife Jeannine Roe; his children, Ralph D. Roe, Jr., Adam M. Roe, Mark D. Roe, Cathrine J. Roe and Katrina A. DeForrest; and his sister Rhea Arnold. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
