It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phil Owen Duncan Sr. of Dunnellon, Florida, who passed away on May 22, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Duncan and Elma Duncan (Rhoden); his sons, Rohan Duncan of Atlanta, GA and Phil "BJ" Duncan, Jr. of Jacksonville, FL; his sisters, Winsom Goodley of Jamaica, WI, Zenna Spence of Palm Coast, FL and Brenda Duncan of Ocala, FL; his close friend Lori Grant of Chatmire, FL; and his friend Beverley Duncan of Ocala, FL.. He was also cherished by brother, Rupert Duncan, NY; seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
