She was predeceased by: her husband Marlin Bastian; and her son Richard Babcock. She is survived by: her daughter Diane; her stepchildren, Shannon and Aaron; her grandchildren, Maeleigh, Geoffrey, Heather, John, Jessica, Amber, Nick, Dustin, Jacob and Travis; her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Brody, Alexis, Axel, Arianna, Nicholas, Sebastian, Gary and Ellie; and her great great grandchild Esme.
Memorial donations can be made in Patricia Babcock's name to the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle Washington.
