She was predeceased by: her brothers, Randy and Kirk Ward; her stepsister Debbie; and her stepfather Richard Doc Ellis. She is survived by: her husband Tim Urshan; her children, Luke Urshan (Danielle) of Westly Chapel and Leah Nettles (Andy Schrader); her mother Sharon Ellis of Dunnellon; her brother Collin Ward (Peggy) of Ocala; her stepsiblings, Paulette Boone of North Carolina and Dick Ellis of California; her grandchildren, Abbott Wendell Nettles, Adele Lucille Nettles, Vance Calahan Schrader, Addison, Olivia and Ryleigh Urshan; her nephew Scott Ward (Jamie); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Cooper and Makayla.
In lieu of flowers any donation may be given to Hospice organization.
