He was predeceased by: his daughter Bonnie M. Hacker. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Munroe; his children, Mary M. Ussery, Kathleen M. Read and John R. Munroe; and his grandchildren, Andrea R. Christiansen, Valerie R. Westrick, Robbie P. Munroe, Jared C. Ussery and Katie E. Hacker.
