He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gerhart and Kathryn Gerhart; and his son Tommy Evans. He is survived by: his brother Carl Gerhart (Maryann); his cousin David Schaller (Margaret); his nephew Carl Jr.; and his nieces, Elizabeth, Christine and Emily.
