He is survived by: his parent John Michael; his wife Kristine Swartz (Kristy); his daughter Ella Grace Swartz; his parent Denise Swartz of Fremont, OH; his sister Kristen Swartz of Largo, FL; and his grandfather John Swartrz. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
