He is survived by: his children, Meredyth Carrl, Violet Roberts, Natalie Shepherd-Tilayoff, Ramon Shepherd and Bernard Shepherd; and his sister Lynn Martin. He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
