He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Plouffe and Nellie Plouffe (Arcand); and his sister Rita Lucier. He is survived by: his wife L. Annette Plouffe (Defosse); his sons, George R. Plouffe Jr. (Connie) of Haverhill, MA, Michael J. Plouffe (Sindy) of Medusa, NY, Richard D. Plouffe (Rhonda) of Albany, NY and Joseph W. Plouffe (Kelly) of Berne, NY.; and his siblings, Normand Plouffe of Dunnellon, Leo Plouffe, Claire Lucier and Robert Plouffe. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
