He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Happ and Willardene C. Happ; his sister Judith A. Bramley; and his son Keith A. Happ. He is survived by: his wife Joan Rae Happ; his great grandchild Louis G. Danre (Stephane); and his children, Pamela R. Happ (James Patterson) of Ohio, George R. Happ (Martha) of Utah and Kenneth C. Happ (Pat) of Ohio. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
