We are sad to announce that on November 18, 2020, at the age of 79, Fred Riggen of Dunnellon, Florida, born in Inglewood, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent South of Florida; his daughter Carla Haycraft; his brother James Riggen; his siblings-in-law, Jerry Whaley and Bonnie Whaley; his nieces, Jennifer Wright and Michelle Baysden; his nephew Doug Whaley; his wife Carolyn; and his daughter Donna Glazer. He was also cherished by 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to North Oak Baptist Church, 9324 N. Elkcam Blvd., Citrus Springs, FL 34433.
