He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernando Pinheiro Maia and Maria Benilde (DaSilva). He is survived by: his daughters, Rita Hodge (Jason), Jessica Maia (Ivan Torres) of Winter Garden, FL and Fernanda Maia (Gregory Mendoza) of Ocala, FL; his siblings, Luis Maia of Ocala, FL and Elia Maia of Ocala, FL; and his grandchildren, Kyle Hodge, Jordan Hodge, Ryan Hodge, Kinley Willard and Damon Torres.
