He was predeceased by: his parents, DeWitt Wise and Virginia Wise; his daughter Ginger Wise Patsy; and his siblings, DeWitt Wise Jr. and Diana Wise Savage.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Linda Wise; his brother Allen Wise; his sister-in-law Linda Wise; his nieces and nephews, Margaret Wise Samuels (Benford), David Wise (Allison), Derrick Wise (Nikki) and Marty Greenlee (Nancy); and his son-in-law Rick Patsy. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and one great grandson.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that donations be made to Haven Hospice of Chiefland, FL.
