He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Toopa" Dillon Rowe; his sons, Seth Rowe, Sarah Pelchat of Ocala and Zachary Rowe of Dunnellon; his granddaughter Haley Rowe; his brothers, Dean Rowe (Ruth) of Michigan, Tim Rowe (Nancy) of Minnesota and Sid Rowe of Michigan; his sisters-in-law, Martha Dillon Brandon of Nashville, Christine Dillon of Woodbury and Nancy Dillon of Franklin; his niece Tamara Dillon of Woodbury; his significant other Baby Pinscher; his brother-in-law Jackie Haley; and also Miniature Pinscher. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
