She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeremiah O'Connell and Beatrice O'Connell (Roy). She is survived by: her husband James (Jim); her brother Rob O'Connell (Marlyn) of Anna Maria, FL; her siblings-in-law, Janet Murray (Jimmy) of South Windsor, CT and David Chamberlain (Linda) of East Hartford, CT; her niece Erin O'Connell Atkins (Bryan) of Gallatin, TN; her nephew Jeremy O'Connell (Jennifer) of Arlington, TN; her grandchildren, Kayla Johnson, Marla, Emma Metevier, William and Brooke Shafer; her great-nephew Noah Atkins; her great-nieces, Natalie Atkins, Maggie, Evie and Ainsley O'Connell; and also, Lori Chamberlain Johnson (Billy) of East Granby, CT, Lynne Chamberlain Metevier of South Windsor, CT, Meredith Chamberlain Shafer (Brian) of Litchfield, CT and Lorna.

In honor of Bev's life, donations may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society.
