He is survived by: his mother Betty Frances Utley Kemink; his children, Thomas David, Jr. and Sarah Swarthout (Aaron); his siblings, Barbara Lydick, Richard Kemink and Susan Brown (Gary); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Dominic, Emma and Erin; his nieces and nephews, Eileen Kemink, Willy Kemink, Adam Lydick, Andrew Lydick, Karissa DeHart and Melissa Danielson; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Leia, Lilly and Eli.
