He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Lois Manley of Dunedin, FL; his stepdaughter Robin Carr of Largo, FL; his mother Shirley Small of Marion; his stepmother Chris Manley of Hawthorne, FL; his siblings, Julie Mellecker (Scott) of Buckeye, Brandon Manley of Hawthorne, FL and Cara Turner (Ryan) of Hoover; his uncle Bennie Manley, Jr. (Virginia) of Glen Allen; and his aunt Diann Manley (Virginia) of Glen Allen. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
