He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde M. Casper and Vera K. Casper; and his wife Patricia U. Fehr. He is survived by: his stepsons, Michael Fehr (Carolyn) of San Jose, CA, Daniel Fehr (Susan) of Redding, CA and Thomas Fehr (Jennifer) of Dunedin, FL.; and his stepgrandchildren, Jenny, Becky, Ben, Stacey, Leslie and Nolan.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to Shriners Hospitals for Children, Peoria's First United Methodist Church music ministry, Clearwater's Northwood Presbyterian Church music ministry, or the Peoria Symphony Orchestra.
