She was predeceased by: her parents, Evaristo Leo and Rosina Leo (Amendola); her husband Donald Pulice; her daughter Melanie Pulice Malyuk; her brothers, Dr. Orlando Leo (Martha), Arthur Leo and Edward Leo (Rita); and her brother-in-law John Pulice (Peggy).
She is survived by: her sons, Michele Pulice of Erie, Danelle Pulice Stone (David) of Erie, Dana Pulice (Barbara) of Erie, Michael Pulice (Tammi) of New Port Richey, FL, Donald Pulice Jr. (Cyndi) of St and Petersburg; her son-in-law Robert Malyuk of Erie; her grandchildren, Nicoletta, JC Cherry, Joshua Stone, Karli Pulice, Kelsie, Mia Rose, Nicholas Pulice and Julie Iye (Gufran Gungor); her sister-in-law Kathryn Santangelo of Ohio; and her caregivers, Vicki Gorniak, Kaile Peterson, Denise Brown, Anne Coursey, Kate, Tracy, Dawn, Karen, Amber and Amanda. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
