He was predeceased by: his father Henry Belaus Sr.; his brother Henry Belaus Jr.; and his grandparents, Louis, Mary Belaus, Vincent and Gabriella Zadrozny.

He is survived by: his mother Irene Belaus of Lantana; and his siblings, Lucretia Duwel (Edward) of Williamsburg and Gregory Belaus (Mark Hatfield) of Santa Clara. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
