It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luis A. Ruiz of Dunedin, Florida, who passed away on May 29, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his mother Julia Caraballo Ruiz; his son Steven; and his siblings, Hector, Terry, Carmen and Minerva. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
