She is survived by: her sister Marie Watkins of Charles City, VA; her stepson Dennis Rowe of Williamsburg, VA.; her sons, Joseph Paul Rowe and David Hollis Rowe; her grandchildren, Dylan, Brian, Caitlin and Austin of Gainesville, FL; her stepgrandchildren, Matthew Taylor and Rebecca Vanbuskirk of Holiday, FL.; her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Hudgins and Etheleen Banfiel; and her husband Warren Rowe.
