He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Maffett (Sondra) of Richmond and Gloria Wingfield (Kevin) of Dunedin; his mother-in-law Catherine Ozendine of Oldsmar; his sons, Jaxon Ray Maffett and Devin Hicks; his siblings, Aubrey Maffett (Nickole) of Richmond, Kentucky, Johnda Bales (Robby) of Richmond and Amy Kearns; and his nieces and nephews, Reese, Alex, Connor Maffett, Radney Bales, Raelee Bales and Miracle Oxendine.
