We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2023, at the age of 90, Jo Ann N. Simmons of Dunedin, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Viola Bailey Neumann and Francis J. Neumann; and her husband Nelson Simmons. She is survived by: her children, John, Sara Simmons (Tampa), Lori, George Herring (Dallas), Kathryn Simmons (Dallas) and Jim Simmons (Palm Harbor); her grandchildren, Matt, Coley Simmons, Liz, William Wolcott, Amber Simmons, Tyler Simmons, Jessica and Michael Gonzales; and her great grandchildren, Saylor, JP Simmons and Hale Wolcott.
