He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Flaxman and Lillian Flaxman (Rosenkrantz); his sister Lucille; and his grandfather Harvey. He is survived by: his siblings, Sayrell and Ronald; his significant other Janet Kleinberg; his children, Rachel Clarke (Thomas) and Joshua Flaxman (Sandra); and his significant other's children, Liz Kleinberg (Mike Kanarick) and Ethan Kleinberg (Amy).
