It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Madonia of Dunedin, Florida, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 16, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Madonia Sr. and Gladys Madonia; his wife Flossie Carey-Madonia; and his sister Gail Madonia. He is survived by: his siblings, Gloria Cunningham of Dunedin, FL and Mark Madonia (Kim) of Knoxville, TN; his sons, Chad Madonia (Michelle) of Clearwater and Christian Madonia of Clearwater; and his grandchild Ryan Madonia.

In lieu of flowers the Madonia family has asked that any memorial contributions be made to the Purple Heart Foundation in memory of Edward Madonia.
