He is survived by: his mother Thelma Grace Evans; his siblings, Kathy Denman, Tina Santos and Kenny Richards (Nancy Lynn Richards); his children, James Ray Richards (Carmen Richards), Crystal Marie Richards, Kassandra Lynn Richards and Amber Ann Richards; his grandchildren, Autumn Marie Troupe, Kylah Jade Silva, Aubrey Rose Richards, Mia Lynn Richards, Devin Edward Silva and Maddox Robert Mitchell; and his wife Nancy.
