He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorwin Weaver Dick and Lucy Ebrite Dick; his siblings, Norma Ostler and Dr. David Dick; and his daughter Donna Blaquiere.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Dick; and his children, Gregory Dick, Douglas Dick and Diane Schirmer. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
