He was loved and cherished by many people including: his former wife Marjorie Ellen (Marj); his parents, Bernard Ropp and Jennie Ropp; his siblings, Carl Ropp, Kenneth Ropp, Roy Ropp, Harvey Ropp (Bud) and Viola Wamack; his fiancée Marjorie Cherry; his former wife Annabelle Ropp (Annie) of Omaha, NE; his children, Valerie Lambright, Charyl Whiting, Esther Ropp of Tarpon Springs, FL and Bernard Ropp; his stepchildren, Debbie Smith, Anita Carey, Daniel Plett, Annette Plett of Youngstown, OH and Dora Becker; his adoptive daughter Elaine Barnett of Tarpon Springs, FL; and his sister Janet King of Lancaster, PA. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren, 19 step-grandchildren, 4 greatgrandchildren, and 7 step-greatgrandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Don's children request that donations be made to support the IBL Additional Floor project for the Bible School building in Cayes, Haiti, now run by the MEBSH with World Team support.
