With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cindy Lou Lowe-Moat of Dunedin, Florida, who passed away on June 30, 2024 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Cindy Lou departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Cindy Lou. Though Cindy Lou may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her mother Shirley Lowe. She is survived by: her father Donald Lowe (Chris); her daughter Devin Lowe; her husband Doug; her siblings, Mike and Corinna (Rob); her niece Madison; and her nephew Carter.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Dunedin Cares Food Pantry or to the Witches of Dunedin (@witchesofdunedin on Venmo), a group she danced with that raises funds for a surprise charity every fall.
