She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. Adams and Mildred M. Adams (Armour); her son Richard D. "Rick"; her former husband Dave; her husband William B. Haydn; and her sister Ora Jean Butoryak.
She is survived by: her son Rev. David C. Madasz (Rebecca) of New Port Richey, Florida; her grandchildren, David Madasz (Tessa), Melissa Madasz, Erin Alland (David), Christopher Madasz (Rebecca) and Hallie Edwards; and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Morgan Madasz, Jonathan, Brianna Edwards, Jack Madasz, Addison, Harper and Christopher Alland.
