She is survived by: her husband Charles Duggan Jacobs; her grandchildren, Taylor Ann Prascak (Andy) of Safety Harbor, Heather Leigh Chapman of New Orleans, Samantha Melanie Campodonico (Joseph) of Charlotte, NC, Lindsay Renee Chapman of Maui, Hawaii and Duggan Martin Jacobs of Safety Harbor; her great grandchildren, Jacob Andrew Prascak, Elizabeth Chapman, Luke Taylor Prascak and Melanie Ruth Campodonico; her nieces and nephews, Barbara Lightfoot (Gary) of Glenwood Springs, Pamela Monday (Travis) of San Angelo, TX, Gerard Krebs (Silvia) of Glenwood Springs, CO and John Jay Jacobs (Sherry) of Topeka, Kansas; her sister-in-law Joann Jacobs of Topeka, Kansas; and her pet Sasha.
