He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Sr. Kissell and Shirley Jean Olsen Kissell. He is survived by: his children, Andrew Michael Kissell III, Lisa Danielle Kissell Franco and Jordan Justice Elliott Andrews; and his grandchildren, Chelsea Marie Halling, Cassidy Frances Halling, Damon Thomas Halling and Chayton James Frizzell.
