He is survived by: his children, Anthony "Tony" Ortiz (Venus), Luis "Peewee" Ortiz, Jr. (Debra), Patrick Ortiz, Sabrina Robinson (Richard) and Migdalia Ortiz; and his grandchildren, Christina, Enrico, Demetrius, Amaris, Darius, Matthew, De'Andre, Donald, Dominique, D'Angelo, Dearon and Deon. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
