He was predeceased by: his son Scott Allen Riner; his parents, Lynwood Riner and Gladys Riner; and his siblings, David Riner and Kathy Riner.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Linda Riner-Mizell of Dundee, FL and Justin J. Riner, Sr. of Lake Wales, FL; his stepchildren, Joy Schofield of Lakeland, FL, Michelle Terry of Arkansas and Jason McKinnon of Lakeland, FL.; his siblings, Wayne, Charles, Roger, Richard, Phil, Tim Riner and Susan Burch; his grandchildren, Jenny, Will, Josh, Forest, Drew, Tori, Justin Jr., Katlyn, Sam, Hunter, Lauren, Wade, Dane, Peyton, Dalton and Ethan; and his great grandchildren, Lelani, Ollie and Karleigh.
