He is survived by: his wife Gloria Williams; his children, Gregory Williams (Patricia) of Pleasanton, CA, Michael Williams (Keiki) and Darilynn Little (Jon) of Live Oak, FL; and his siblings, Dallas Williams (Elizabeth) of Milliken, CO and Dianne Showalter (George) of Buford, GA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
