She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wesley Rand and Luona Rand; her brother Lee Bradford Rand; her children, Jason Julian Russell, Seth Richard, Wesley, Logan and Abigail; and her grandson Asher. She was also cherished by husband, her sons.
