He is survived by: his wife Christina Durham; his son Jackson Scott Durham; his parents, Ron Durham and Pam Durham; and his sister Scarlett Durham.

“Please accept my sincere condolences for Clay and his family, I only just found out today March 26th. I was very fond of him. He was always there to help and answer any questions and fix my AC. He was very helpful and kind. He loved my dog and she always tried to help him "fix" the unit. He will be greatly missed not just for his work but as a good friend. I am so saddened by this news.”
