She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Rogers and Amy Rogers of Dover; her husband Rusty Kent; and her siblings, Nita Peacock, Earl Rogers, Ennis Rogers and Jerry Rogers.

She is survived by: her siblings, Elmer Rogers (Margaret) and Jean Rogers Carlisle (Waylon); her children, Theresa Kent and Charlie Kent of Valrico; her grandchildren, Chase, Olivia and Jordan; and her great grandchild Cecelia.
