He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Penansky (Leedy) and Richard K. Penansky; his brothers, Lucky Penansky and Scott Penansky; and his nephew Jason Penansky.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Penansky; his children, Ricky Penansky, Tim Penansky, Joe Penansky, Roman Osborne, Chris Vance and Bethany Thompson of Courtney Thompson; his granddaughter Lillaina Thompson; and his brother Phil Penansky.
